regardin not givin d required net MB as told

I had recharged my docomo number 8904430763 of rs 90.as of msg sent by them i shud have got 100+924 mb but i got only 200 mb.but even after 120hrs i haven got my 824 mb.wen called to cc they tell it’ll be given in 24 hrs n they have been tellin tis since 3 days
