Respected Sir,

With due respect ,I am to state that my son Ashish Tyagi was enrolled in Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He was a first year B.Tech –EEE stream student in the academic year 2010-2011. His enrollment number was 07013204910.

Sir, my son Ashish Tyagi had selected under 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme for January 2011 Course in Indian Naval Academy. He has already joined the same.

In this regard, For Withdrawal of admission and refund of Fees. I had given a letter to the Director, Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology and Vice Chancellor, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi on dated 30-12-2010. Sir, I had paid Rs. 53000/- and Rs. 35000/- to the University and Institute respectively as a University /Institute Fees vide Receipt No-21/2537 dt. 8-8-2010 and cheque No-525452 dated 28-9-2010.

Sir, In spite of all the Instructions of AICTE / UGC and orders of H’nble Courts, Institute has refunded only Rs. 9000/- vide Cheque No. 873056 dt. 25-01-2011, which is a security money and library fees only.

It is therefore requested that kindly look into matter and necessary instrctions/ order may kindly be passed to the Institute / University for the refund of fees i.e. Rs. 79000/- (88000-9000=79000/-) as Institute has refunded only Rs. 9000/- out of Rs. 88000/-. It is also requested that Rs. 25000/- and Rs. 5000/- May kindly be given to me for the harassment and mental agony caused to me and litigation charges respectively. I shall be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.
