in 2010 i was owned a auto (mahindra Geo),
upto 2011 October I paid regularly to the financers(cholamandalam),
after that i was not paid 3 months EMI(3*5000) because of Finance Problem.
in 2011 december they seezed my auto.
after that i received a notice stating that your auto sold for rupees 17000.
after deducting the 17000 from you loan you need to pay 70000 ,other wise they stated that we may proceed to the legal action. again to day i received the second notice from them.
please suggest how to proceed with them.
i dont want to take it any more.
