Sir, I took loan for two wheeler from HDFC Bank through ECS. I already paid all installment in SEP2011 except 14th, 15th and 16th out of 18th. My three installment was bounce due to rejected by PNB with the reason change in accout no. following migration to a new platform/ accounting system by my bankers as per HDFC letter. HDFC bank charged RS 1403 cheque bouncing charge but this is not my problem because all first 14 and 18 installment deducted automatically.
