Manav admitted to Hargun hospital Amritsar on 10.4.12 being a victim of assault FIR NO.22 dated 13.4.12 was registered in Pathankot Divin. 1 under section 307/324/323/34. against the accused(s). I, the father of victim asked the head of the doctors Sh Gurvinder Singh to give his medico legal opinion as required by the police to proceed further the in this case. The Doctor shown his inability being a private hospital to give any medico legal opinion such as regarding grievousness, it was dangerous to life; although Doctor had promised at time of admission of the patient, the report would be prepared clearly as per requirement of the police so that justice to victim is ensured hence concerned doctor may be advised to make available written legal opinion as per latest orders of the honourable Supreme court of India.
