refusal of service

Name of company/service: Bajaj

I bought a new bajaj pulsar 180 black on 16th April,2013. Received the bike on the next day and on the 3rd day I saw that the logo was coming out. I took the bike to the store and they removed a sticker from the logo and told me that the logo was broken. Now they are saying that they will not doing anything and I have to pay for it. I did nothing then why should I pay?
