refusal of payment as given by deep discount bond

I purchased a deep discount bond fromthe ban. According to the terms of the bond the bank has to pay me Rs. 50,000 as on today.But quoting some judgement in fsvour of the bank, they have paid me aroun Rs. 16,000. is there any legal action that i can against the ban k.
