I had ordered a scientific calculator fx100ms for my child.But after we received the delivery,we learnt that the college had changed their recommendations and then preferred model fx82ms.Within 24 hours after receiving delivery I requested them to exchange the model with the Fx82ms.
But the company has refused in spite of the product being in excellent usable condition.AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY WE GOT NO FAVORABLE RESPONSE.They said it was against their company’s policy.
The people who had purchased the calculator from shops got their calculators exchanged ,but me.IS THIS THE DRAWBACK OF ONLINE SHOPPING?IS THE CUSTOMER NO LONGER THE KING?
I AM READY TO PAY CANCELLATION CHARGES IF MY CALCULATOR IS EXCHANGED.
