Today I purchased a new brand WD 1TB hard drive from Croma, Goregaon Outlet with bill. When i opened the product and tried to register, to my surprise i found out that it was already registered in moth of August 2011 and it already had some previous data loaded onto it. I called them and asked to replace it, they just ignored it. I tried to attach a copy of invoice for your reference. but somehow the file was not getting uploaded on your site.
