I had booked my Kashmir holidays through Kashmir Holiday packages. I made payment for deluxe category but when I reached there I had to face 2 issues a)the booking was not done in a deluxe houseboat for the first day b) There was no booking in my name for the next 5 days. I had to cancel it through them and go for adhoc booking by my own self but now I am not getting my refund. I have been following up through emails and phone for the last 1 month, but both are being ignored. Please register a complaint against Kashmir Holiday packages. I have photographs of all the hotels I stayed and all relevant evidences.
