It is related to shopping on online shopping portal seventymm.com.I have returned clothes according to their return policy , they also received the item but did not either replace the item or refunded the money.I have made a series of complain regarding return of a product.But , nobody is replying for the same.All my queries are opened for last 2 months.I got tired of writing same queries again and again, I have proof of returns and bills.

Initially some response came for my queries , BUT after that …i did not get any reply to my last 5 queries.please solve the issue.
