My family went to Big Cinema, Pacific Mall, Kaushambi ( Plot No. 1, Pacific Mall, Dr Burman Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010 ) to watch a movie on 19-06-2016, Sunday.
I bought three tickets for 12:45 pm show of movie TE3N (Screen 4, seats D9, D10, D11), we sat on our seats, and then we gradually discovered/experienced the following problems, which made it SUFFICIENTLY HARD TO WATCH AND FOCUS ON THE MOVIE.
1. The seats were lax(loose), ridiculously uncomfortable.
2. The seat in front of me was constantly hitting my knees. (zero (read: negative) leg room)
3. The seat in front of my mother was hiding 20% of screen.
4. The handle was lax too, and it spilled my cold drink.
THE ABOVE 4 KEY ISSUES LED TO A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE, AS CAN BE IMAGINED, COULDN’T ENJOY OUR MOVIE, FOR WHICH WE HAVE PAID OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME. IT’S FRUSTRATING. THAT AUDITORIUM SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT UP FOR RENOVATION BUT DUE TO THE GREED OF CORPORATE, THEY DIDN’T THINK RENOVATION WAS IMPORTANT, AND THE CONSUMER HAVE TO BADLY SUFFER. I POLITELY REQUESTED THEM VIA MAIL TO REFUND MONEY, BUT THEY REPLIED WITH A LIE, AND THEN NEVER CARED TO REPLY MY CONSEQUENT 6 MAILS IN 11 DAYS.
I deeply request the authorities concerned to help this customer get justice. Please ask big cinema to refund my ticket amount of Rs. 440, which I absolutely deserve, along with compensation for the time and effort I have to put in to get my money.
