hi have ordered a product on online Indiatimes Shopping for Product a-Velum Three Double Bed Sheets Set_AV-03 for which order number is 3002270521. And i made payment via Credit Card.when i recived my order i found quality of bedsheet was not good enough, so i cancelled the order and returned the product. now idiatimes team promised that i will get my refund within 5-10 days after cancellation of my ordeer and also they refund my courier charges for sending back the product of 240/- will returned to me in form of DD,cmplaint ID for cancellation was 839577.
As per their confirmation my order was cancelled on 22 May and since then i havent recived my refund, so i have again raised a complaint for which ID is 898654.
kindly address and help get my refund back as i have harressed alot by this online shopping company Intiatimes.
