i had purchased a mini-silai machine through naaptol in april 2012. Few 1gm jewellary pieces and a wrist watch were supposed to be free alongwith it. But when i got the delivery, the complete package was defective. May be Naaptol runs the service to sell all defective things to consumers directly.
Anyway, i sent the complete package back with a request for refund. With hell lots of telephonic conversations and the POD from bule-dart (through which i sent the package back), finally the naaptol executive promised to refund the amount. Then one week later i again called to get the status. I was surprised to know that my requirement of refund has not been noted anywhere. again I had to insist on refund and the guy at the other end promised the cheque within 21 working days. Now that the date has crossed, when i ring up, they say they have despatched a set of new items instead of refund. I cannot take defective pieces delivery and then run behind it. I require the refund not only for the item, but also the delivery charges, the money i have wasted in calling the naaptol personnel (nearly about 50-60 calls)
