Refund Payment from Goibibo is not proceesed from last 7 months.

Location/place: BANGALORE

I am waiting for one of my refund from last 6 months. I have contacted your team more than 30 times. Spoke to your supervisors more than 4 times and got various assurance of getting my refund. Assurances are like “within 48 hrs/within 7 working days/have escalated the issue/this is the last time we want you to wait for 2 working days/we will arrange a call back in next 24 hrs/we are extremely sorry”.. I have lready spent more than 200 hundred rupees by calling your team to get the refund of 699 which is pending from the month of Jan 2012 for the PNR No: LBYXMC.

    I am suffering from the same situation as the said company also makes me to suffer like anything. I tried to lodge a online complaint but the same has been moved to spam.
