I had took a membership of one year paying Rs.7000 with Talwalkars when i was staying nearby their charkop branch in Kandivali west Mumbai as i was being told that if i shift any other place in Mumbai i’ll have to pay amount of Rs. 200. Due to some health reasons could continue for just 2 months but when i got shifted to malad they asked for Rs.2000 as a fee for membership transfer and gave me my 10 months extension from 1st March 2012. I went out of station on 1st March for a fortnight and when came back, they told me that some renovation is giong on and Gym will get started in 15-20 days. After that i waited for a month and kept calling them twice a week, they kept fooling me saying Next Monday and on Monday Next wednesday. I was pissed of as it was more than three months, so i filed an application for Refund of my balance money+Transfer fees. Now it’s again more than 10 days, am not getting any revert from them regarding my money. So plz help me out with this.
