Phone+Broadband connection got discontinued from the Month of June2012.
In spite of clearing all dues the balance amount of Rs:503/- has to refunded which was not yet cleared.
Complained to concerned district nodal officer through e-mial but still no response. Where to go I don’t understand
I am a retired person I can’t go pillar to post for the sake of just 500 rupees.
My question is whether any responsible person is there to answer I doubt very much. Please do the needful and help in solving this problem of getting my money
from this telephone department.
