refund of product

i have bought a dermaseta machine from the teleadvantage company.the product was for the use of removing machine but when i received the product and than used it,it was not functioning,i called up customer care for the money back but they did not take any action instead talked rudely and arrogantly,so i request to take some legal action againt them,it was not just once that i called i called several times.
