Sir,I had recharged with Rs. 149 through online via www.ideacellular.com on 15th and 17th June.In both the cases the payment was successful but the transaction was not. I had also received massages regarding refund of my money and its transaction id and reference no. but when I called the coustomer care executive he told me that the offer was dead so the money wont be refunded.I tried to convince him that as the recharge was not made my money should be refunded,(giving him all details of the transaction id and the reference no.) then he literally ignored the matter and said “we wont refund your money as the offer is closed and you can complain anywhere you wish to”. Sir they had not notified the offer is closed and if it is closed atleast the money should be refunded, does this mean the company can anytime close the offer and snatch public’s money any tme???
Sir please help me out by getting my money back and the inconvenience and insult faced by me… Hope you would listen and give me justice.
