I have booked return flight from Doha-Mumbai on Feb-03 2020 for the dates in the May 2020. While finalizing my tickets I have paid extra charges to secure my flight in case of cancellation or any other circumstances.
Meanwhile, In the month of April due to personal issues i have cancelled my flight through the portal and submitted request for the refund of balance money. Since last 6 months i am taking follow-ups with the cleartrip team. They are just giving unnecessary excuses since long time about their ongoing discussions with the airlines.
I am filing complaint to get my refund amount with effect immediately.
