I had booked flight tickets of indigo airlines from kolkata to kochi on 05/04/2012 and return from kochi to kolkata on 15/04/2012.The tickets were booked on 17/10/2012 through travelchacha.Com the ref. ID is (avaezf) due to change in my travel plans I cancelled the on ward ticket (kolkata to kochi) by logging in to the above mentioned web site account on 04/04/2012 for which I received a conformation mail from [email protected] said after reduction of cancellation charges,service charges the amount to be refunded is rs 2486/-.Due to further difficulties I canceled the return ticket (kochi to kolkata)on 14/04/2012.For which I recevied a conformation mail from flights.Travelchacha.Com which said after deducting the refund penalty and service charges the amount to be refunded is 2528.The mails also states that the money will be transferd to the account with in 25 to 30 working days waiting for almost 50 working days after my first cancellation I made a call to travelchacha on 01145080808 which was answered by mr. Prem on 24/05/2012 .He told me the money will be refunded within two days.After a week on 01/06/2012 I repeated the call on the same number it was said that all executives are busy and they left my call for around half an hour on hold and later they disconnected it after so many repeated attempts I was able to speak to mr balwinder who promised me to refund the money in two days and also commited to send a conformation for the same.On date neither there is any money nor any conformation mail.Ticket was booked through hdfc credit card.
Please go through the issue imediatly and give me justice
