Refund of cancelled flight

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Kingfisher

We had booked ticket with kingfisher in February for flying in may 2012. But Kingfisher canceled these flights and we were promised a refund. They say that IATA has not processed the refund and we will return the money back. They had pro mised that money would be refunded by 1st June. But no proper response has been received by us. Please guide us as to future action.
