I had purchased a Samsung mobile from letsbuy.com on 18/5/2012 and the order number is “LSB-1061912”. After few days i received a mail telling that the product purchased by me is not available and hence they will refund the amount of Rs 2699. Also they specified that it would take 7 to 21 working days for the amount to be reflected in my account. But till today the amount is not credited to my account. I have all the mail proof of their reply stating that they would refund my amount back. Hence can you please look into my issue so that i would get my amount back?
