Dear,
I hv booked a ticket on 5th April 2012 from Travelchacha.com,from chandigarh to banglore booking reference no.AWOCNF.Next day i received a mail from travelchacha.com that my ticket not confirmed n tehy will returned the amount of 24398 with in 2-3 days.Till that i called their consumer support hundred of times but no result.I made the payment by credit card,now i mpaying late fees on the amount.
Pls help me out of this problem.
