Hi,
My ticket from AUH to TRZ 17th May 2012(Confirmation number CYTZBE) was cancelled due to pilot strike and the refund not being made as of date.
Flight : IX – 614
Ticket:- 17th May 2012, AUH to TRZ,Confirmation number CYTZBE
I haven’t used any alternate route for this booking.
The issue has been reminded to air india more than three time(by phone, by mail and by personally registering complaint in there office). Now its more than a month passed without any responses or any proper reply form there side.
Kindly help me out with this issue and suggest what needs to be done.
