Refund Not Received

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am loyal customer and I am using Blackberry so I use to do online recharge using airtel website. Before 3 days I did a recharge and the balance got deducted from my account and I did not get the recharge. I called customer service and they said there system is not showing the information. I said them that I did the recharge but they did not agree. I used my online SBI account to do the recharge. The transaction ID IGH7407482. Please help me to get the refund.     My issue has been resolved now. Thanks to Consumer Court and Airtel. I was sad that I had to make complaint to get the refund. Anyways Airtel is still the best I can say and I will keep using Airtel
