I had bought a refrigerator (order no.10201257) online from timtara.com on 27 February 2012, which had to be delivered within 15 working days but I had not got the delivery even after more than a month. So I cancelled my order and asked for the refund. As per timtara.com I should get the refund in 7 working days but I have not got the refund till now which is more than two months. Kindly help.
