Sir/Mam,
with due respect this is to inform you that Homeshop18 is not responding to our calls.We have ordered an ethnic kurta for women by folklore-xl order no:913296055 amount:519rs
but instead have received kurti from Mumbai slang. Have received the product by 23rd june and lodged a complaint starting from 3rd of july.But they did not give us a call back instead now telling us that its our fault since we gave the complaint after 11 days(that too because we were out of station).We are there regular customer and now they are behaving rudely.Please look into the matter and oblige us.
