Dear Team,
I have an International return flight from Tokyo to Lucknow via New Delhi from 15 July to 15 August, 2020 (Booking Id: TUAT464F0).
But due to Covid spread we can’t travel during this period so we initiated cancellation on 14 June, 2020. Till now we didn’t get any notification from them and it is showing cancellation in progress. We have called them many times but no response. We are ready to reschedule it in December as well. It is not a small amount and is around 1 lakh rupees which are hard earned.
We either want its refund or reschedule it. Hoping to get the response soon.
