I made a online recharge of 300rupees through HDFC debit card. My transaction got failed but money was deducted from my account. I tried reaching the tata docomo and they said they have given the refund but when i see the account statement , it was never credited to my account. When i talked to Tata docomo again they said we have given the refund and you need to talk to the bank now.
