Dear Sir,
I have ordered one no. Iball Speaker on Timtara.com on 25.03.12. The item was not delivered in one month inspite of various mail & phone call and in April they cancel my order. I have mailed and called them a number of times and every time they told that your payment will be done within a week but till 15.05.12 I have not received any money. Please suggest me how to lodge compliant against this company and get my money back.
