Refund my wrong/fals deducted balance

Name of company/service: Tata dicomo

Today 19th November mobaile company deducted 198(99+99) from my balance after talking to Custmer care of company he/she talks ruidly and says that u have subscribe late night masti pack and He can’t refund any bslance but my end I m not subscribe any of such thing priviously two times also he deducted some amount for same thing after talking to custmer care he refund same amount but not this time. I wanted to refund my balance as earliest as possible.
