refund issues

This is Ayush Kedia here as I had book the air ticket on kingfisher airlines, I am attaching the air ticket. As it was everywhere the news that all the kingfisher airlines are being cancelled and my journey date was 4 march so I called up kingfisher customer care and they told flight is on schedule. Then on 3 march I got sms that my flight is cancelled.
I had got no problem with the cancellation of tickets though it cause inconvience but the really problem start here.
I had booked my ticket through agent “ easemytrip.com” and I called customer care and asked for cancellation of ticket and they told me that ticket is cancelled and 250 rs will be deducted as charges rest amount will be reimburse to your bank account.
I got confirmation mail also on 3 march

Dear Concern,
Greetings from EaseMyTrip !!
As per our telephonic conversation Cancellation has been done. You will get back your Refund amount within 7-10 working days.
On march 5 ( second mail)

Kindly provide us the detail on prominent note so that we can refund your amount of INR 3225 /- ,Against booking ref Id – 0802121148703LM…

Till 13 march my account was not credited so I called up agent “easemytrip” and now they are telling your ticket is nonrefundable and you will be not getting a sinlge rupee back.
