Refund issue

Sir my Jio number Is 8077587628. From this number I recharge another number 8218475701 on 11-01-2018 RS 399 but 798 RS Deducted from my account. And only Rs399 recharge.from jio side inform me that another number link with your account recharge. But number link with my account did not recharge. I provide screen shot of Link account number and transaction number. i told jio verify and refund my amount RS 399. but they never refund my amount.
