Refund is not processed

I have purchased a certified mobile phone and due to some issue it was returned and refund was initiated 2 weeks ago and then I ordered another phone but they cancel saying some technical issue and now I have 70k are with them. I paid them by credit card and also from 2 weeks they are saying we will initiate the refund and same old thing which I have been hearing from 2 weeks.
