We had booked the tickets of Indian Premier League through Ticket Genie in bangalore now which is known as DNA pvt ltd.I had booked 10 tickets and the amount is coming up to 35,000 and i have kept calling those people for the refund but no reply. i have sent many mails also on that regard but even then no reply.
sir i had booked the ticket online and as asked by them i had courierd the confirmation mail also to them .but after that they do not pick up my calls nor they reply to my e-mail.
pls help me in getting my money back…
