REFUND FOR ITEM NOT DELIVERED

Dear Sir
Myself Manish dev,have purchased 3 items(hdc no 1009/2012/181), from housefull furniture, Palm Beach galaria,palm beach road,navi mumbai outlet on 26th January 2012 which i got delivered at lokmanya tilak terminus, Mumbai as i was migrating from Mumbai to Raipur(chhatisgarh).when i reached back Raipur i got message that the items are partially delivered.i again went Mumbai to just to settle issue. employee Mr.Sohail(branch head) told us that the item(REEGAL DRESSER WITH STOOL A68) is out of stock thats why it didn’t get delivered. when we asked for refunding. we have been told it will take few more days but the dressing table will be definitely delivered at your Raipur address.After a month waiting we again approach Mr.Sohail he told delivery out of Mumbai is not possible,so he will refund 8000 directly to our account in 35 days as payment was done by card.now its been olmost 2months there is no answerable person in your branch.they say talk to head office,head office person say talk to custumer care,customercare person say talk to branch office,branch office say mail to headoffice. We are literally harassed and puzzled so finally we ended up to sue it in CONSUMER FORUM
