Respected Sir,
I am Mr.Dattaram D. Bhuwad.My mobile no is 8097602559. I am using the services of TATA DOCOMO since last 6 years. Last week I have recharged my cell Rs.125/- But Rs.90/- got deduct unnecessarily and they started the service “Caller tune package” without giving any notice.Even earlier my Rs.20 got deduct for “Amir Khan” service.I have not activated these services still they are deducting my balance.I went TATA DOCOMO Gallery But i did not get my refund and they are ignoring my complaint.So I kindly request your honor look into this matter and give me refund as early as possible.I am looking for your response positively. Thanking You.
