Refund due to excess deduction

Location/place: DELHI

Name of company/service: State Bank of India

Dear Sir,

This is to reference transaction on 11th Aug, 2012 where my account had wrongly debited two times by same amount of Rs 684 when i was purchasing from puneet store (POS).

One reversal has been done same day but still one is pending. The transaction details are as follows:

601269, 601409 & 601559

I have also registered complaint on your customer care helpline but didn’t get any positive response. The complaint details are as follows:
AT42925881209 & AT42925881241
