I had booked a ticket from Pune to bangalore on 20/07/2018 in Satnam travels (which had departure time 8.25 pm from nigdi). Upon reaching the venue Ganga travels i called the bus operator and he said that there was some riots or something going on and they could not pick me from nigdi. I repeatedly kept on asking whether i should go to a different boarding location but the operator kept on saying that the buses from pune to bangalore have been cancelled and will be confirmed after 11pm only if buses will go or not.
I immediately called the redbus customer care regarding this and was told that I will get the refund within something 17 days. It has been more than 1 week and i still did not get any refund initiated mail regarding that booking. The last mail that i got was that the ticket raised for my complaint was closed.
How can one close the ticket without letting the customer know whether the refund would be initiated or not.Its really disappointing.
