I was travelling in a very bad condition, my father-in-law had expired and my wife, my son and my self were travelling to reach fast for his last rituals. When we were dropped in Lucknow with no assistance there was only one option left with me was to take the only available flight to Patna in Indigo that too i had to pay a very heavy price and that too in cash. When i reached Patna I took a Private Taxi and went to Hazaribagh (a place near Ranchi, where I had to go). Here again i spent quite a money on the Taxi.
You can imagine the agony and mental condition my Wife and I went through all this journey. We were in such a miserable condition when we reached our destination. The Two PNR Nos are IT-HDIILW and IT-ORZEYJ. Dt of Journey- 1st Dec 2011 from Bangalore to Ranchi.
I want my full refund of my Ticket and sufficiently compensated for the Truma and Torture we went unders.
