REFUND CHEQUE OF INCOM TAX DEDUCTED MORE TAX OF ASSESSMENT YEAR 2010-11

R/Sir,
I sate that my refund cheque of incomtax of assessment year 2010-11 has not been received till now.My refund cheque has been undelivered from my ITR address because address had been changed due to my transfer.I send the address changed application to the incomtax department to change address im data base.I want to my refund cheque on my PAN card address which is mentioned in my PAN card.
I send the application to SBI but they are advised to me please change the address from your ITO office.
I want to refund quickly with interest because the income tax department staff not co operate to me.
