respected sir this is durga prasad who booked a bus ticket through redbus.com on 2nd april 2013 for 3 passengers from visakhapatnam to vijayawada. ticket price 550 X 3 = 1650. after all information submitted and payment also made through my sbi online amount of Rs. 1650/- i got a mail and message stating that my ticket hasnt booked due to some technical fault. and i received a message stating that i will receive my amount refund on or before 9th April 2013. but till yesterday i.e. 16th april i havnt received any amount from them. i called to redbus on Ph.No.3941234 on 16th by 1945 hours one mr. nayeem has answered my call and asked me to mail to his team leader with all this content. and said that my amount will be refunded within two days from then. even today no call nor a message to for the cause of this delay and inconvenience..there are several system generated mails stating that my problem will be solved immediately. pls look into this and suggest me how can get my amount back immediately..
