I have purchased a Bean bag from HomeShop18.com on 24th May 2012, After 10 day also I did not received the order. So I called customer and Cancelled the order.
But till now I did not get my amount from them, Its been more than one month. I complain many time and called to their customer service, They said they will refund the amount within 72 working day. But still I haven’t got my money.
