On 13/06/201 we purchased flight tickets directly from Spicejet counter in the airport for SG1021 from Hyderabad to Tirupathi and made payment of 12,660/- through Debit card(SBI) by me Y Ravindra.
However, the same was cancelled on 13/06/2012 as we preferred to go by another airline(Jetlite) as Spicejet flight was in the evening. I was informed that amount of Rs.660/- would be realised from my initial payment and an amount of Rs.12,000/- would be credited to my debit card within 5-7 working days.
I contacted spicejet customer care severeal times and got reply of “we processed from our end” and check with bank authorities. I went to bank and checked numerous times.Till date no amount have been credited /released (to my debit card(SBI)) by SpicejetI request the authority to take up the matter and arrange for refund immediately.
