I purchased samsung galaxy s3 from ebay on 16/06/2012, a sum of Rs 39872 was deducted from my HDFC credit card but the order was not shipped till 22 Jun so as per plicy my refund should have been initiated but ebay put my refund on hold i got massege on 27 informing that my refund was put on hold. So i regularly called ebay customer care so in first waek of july ebay customer care responded that my refund has already been approved on 30 June and on 6 july i got massege from ebay stating that my refund is approved and money will reflect in my card with in 3-4 working days. But till now its not has reflected on my account i have confirmed this with my bank.
