Dear Sir we were just tranfer to Delhi from Kolkata. Our visicoller is in Delhi home Hno. 44 Gupta Market Najafgarh new Delhi – 43. We found colling problem and we complaint in Samsung helpline no. In April 5th . Somebody came from Samsung and he said it has some gas likage issue. You have to refill gas in visicooler and he fill the gas and after two days same problem occured. We once again complaint and again engineer said there is a problem in Compressor so we have to replace the compracer and they instaled a new compracer. After three days once again colling problem started. We again complained a this engineer said we have to replace the back side of visicooler which has cooling pipes and we replaced the same. But still the problem is there. We loged the complained on 25th May and still no body attended our complaint and they keep on saying that there engineer will visit today.
