I have purchased a samsung make refrigerator Model-RA19FDLB from your registered dealer Sharma Electronics, jamalpur,Bihar on 21st March 2012. There is cooling problem in the refrigerator since the very first week of its purchase. Initially after repeated complaint to local customer care office, Bhalapur, Bihar, service engineer visted the complaint and repair the refrigerator and said oil has trapped inside its capillary. But after one week agint cooling is stopped completely inside the refrigerator. Complaint has been registerd on your local customer care office, Bhagalpur as well as Delhi customer care on 30th May 2012. But the customer care response was very irresponsible. After repeated calling to customer care office, service engineer has visted the complaint and said that problem is inside the refrigerator and it can’t be repaired. so I have sent the refrigerator to the Dealer. Dealer has made the refrigerator repaired by the technician by creating manufacturing defect (gas capillary tube has entered through the water drainageline of refrigerator) inside the refrigerator. This defect may explode the refrigerator & it may cause casuality.But dealer and as well as samsung customer care centre & service centre is not ready to replace it.
No action has been taken by samsung service centre after at least 100 times telephonic conversation with your customer care office. No reponse has been given by either samsung customer care or technical committee. Please help to get rid of such a irresponsible company.
