reference to worst service in warranty period

I have purchase a refrigerator in allahabad in 2010.Refrigerator was not able to normal cooling, i have complaint but no respose from company.
last few days ago gas has leacked from compressure,so i contact company service center (indian refrigretion)in allahabad.it was repaired but its not work properly serviceman did not take any attention which result compressure
failed,i had paid gas filling charges,now again i have paid gas filling charges,but why
