Reduced balance without any information-against Tata DOCOMO

Name of company/service: Tata DOCOMO

I feel very sad to inform you that the
the telecom company TATA DOCOMO cheated me they charged me without giving me any kind of information like SMS or a CALL.
and As i Know that according to TRAI rule no company can reduce balance without information
coustmer care told me that you have charged for data uses and give back 30/- rupees but i have recharged with it.
and after this they are not receving my call they put me on queue.

balance deduced – 99/- and 75/- on 17/06/12 respectively.
